This design is custom made to order. We attempt to ship all custom orders within 1-2 business days. However, if your order includes crystal colors that need to be special ordered, we may need more time. Please contact us if you'd like to request a color that you don't see here.

We inspect all orders prior to shipping and guarantee all items to be free from manufacturer's defects. We guarantee your satisfaction 100% and accept returns unconditionally within 14 days from receipt of your order.

We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be sent with appropriate packing materials to ensure that they arrive in their original condition. Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered. Custom made orders are not returnable.
