We ship most orders via the USPS. Shipping charges are based the weight of your package, or free within the USA for orders over $500. We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after checkout is completed. We can also ship via 2-3 day Priority Mail or overnight Express Mail for an additional charge.

If your order has been damaged during shipping, please retain and photograph the original packaging for insurance claims purposes. Shipping charges are not refundable for any returns. However, if the reason for the return is an error made by Dalfiya, please send us a photo of the mistake and we will reimburse you for return shipping fees as well.

Returns

We inspect all orders prior to shipping and guarantee all items to be free from manufacturer's defects. We guarantee your satisfaction 100% and accept returns unconditionally within 14 days from receipt of your order.

We will not accept returns after 14 days from the date the order was delivered. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be sent with appropriate packing materials to ensure that they arrive in their original condition. Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered. Custom made orders are not returnable.
